I'm an Enterprise UX Designer focused on complex product systems, service flows, and internal platforms. I help teams turn messy workflows, business rules, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, scalable product experiences.
At Allstate, my work spans AI-assisted servicing, performance dashboards, enterprise news platforms, and customer-facing tools. I'm often brought into ambiguous problem spaces where the work is not just designing screens, but clarifying systems and helping teams make better product decisions.
I also build products myself, including Parleva, an AI-powered language practice app, which gives me hands-on fluency across product strategy, UX/UI, front-end implementation, analytics, and launch execution.
I use AI-native tools like Claude Code, Figma Make, Firebase, and rapid prototyping workflows to move from ambiguity to tested product direction faster.
